This undergraduate level theory course, focuses on early or classical criminological theory.  Students are introduced to theorists such as: Beccaria, Bentham, Lombroso, Tornopowsky, Rush, Tarde and more.   The course is lecture-based with visual documentaries complimenting print course material.  This course is a must when it comes to truly understanding the foundations of both early and contemporary criminology - early and contemporary criminological theory and practices.
