    The Curriculum Committee advises the Senate on new courses, on proposed changes to existing courses and programmes, and on descriptions of the curriculum proposed for publication. 

    The Committee approves proposals for Special Topics courses; changes to course numbers; changes to course names; changes to pre-requisites or co-requisites; cross-listing of courses; removal, retirement, or revival of courses; and minor changes to Calendar descriptions. All such items shall be reported by the Committee to Senate. Proposals for new courses, revision of existing courses, and revision of existing programmes shall require both Curriculum Committee and Senate approval.

    Membership: The committee consists of three (3) members of the academic staff, one (1) student, one (1) representative from the Harriet Irving Library, and one (1) representative from the Registrar's Office. 

    Report: When necessary and twice annually, in December and March.
