Please use this document in place of all previously saved forms. To request a specific exam accommodation, send a copy to your prof and to email@example.com no later than one week before the test/exam (two weeks for finals).
The SAS can help students understand the process of applying for loans and Canadian Study Grants. Additional funding is available for students with permanent disabilities in the form of grants. Grants do not need to be repaid and are available in addition to loans and/or to buy assistive technology.
