Hi all,
Just a reminder that close readings this week are not due until anytime between Friday and Sunday. As I said in my last latest update for the course, given the long weekend, we are going to forego the comments on each other's close readings and instead just focus on getting it done with the extended time.
The goal was for you to read that before Thanksgiving weekend so you could take a break and not worry about this class as well as your others, so I am hoping most of you read that update.
Also, thank you to the few of you who responded to the midterm course feedback. It is appreciated. I will be creating a questionnaire for close readings where you need to specifically list what you did for the close reading. Unfortunately, I am learning there are still some students who are not working in the group, but collecting the grades. If you do not fill out the questionnaire, you will not receive any points for that close reading.
